  The set up of my policy took a very long time due to their facility`s computer and printer issues. Then, as I was signing the contract an pages were missing due to their error. I was told to return within the week to sign the remainder, which I did. When I returned I was told I didn't need to sign the missing documents therefore wasting the time I took off of work to leave early before they closed. Then I was emailed saying I needed to fax some information to them, the information they requested seemed odd, but I was told it was necessary. When I got the info and went to fax it, the fax wouldn't send and I was told via email their faxes were down. Then I was emailed later saying I needed to fax them again because they fixed the fax but now their phones were down. I was told my policy would be canceled if I didn't get them the fax. I did fax them the info when they wanted it but their faxes were down. They always seem to have a problem somewhere and I'm being threatened with cancellation because of it. They are unprofessional, disorganized, and unprepared. I am absolutely regretting my choice to use them. If I could give zero stars, I would.
